PRIVATE WORKING PROTOTYPE · OCTOBER 8, 2026

Privacy in this demo.

These notes describe the current NOVA prototype. They are not a final privacy policy for a public consumer service.

What the demo stores

When you scan an item, the demo resizes the photo in your browser and saves that prepared copy, the name, category and color you confirm, and the time it was added. Each viewer’s demo closet is limited to 100 items. Uploads are associated with the identity supplied by the private site’s sign-in system. The app separates each viewer’s closet photos using that identity.

The prototype does not collect body scans. Its model images are generated samples, and clothing recognition and live AI are not connected. NOVA does not collect a password; access to this private prototype uses the hosting platform’s signed-in identity.

Where information stays

Scanned-item photos, profile preferences, and saved looks are held in hosted private storage. They can be retrieved on another device when the same site identity is used. The guided chat currently lasts for the browser session.

If you install the web app, the browser may cache the app’s interface to help it open during a connection interruption. Account and scanned-item API responses are excluded from that app cache. The guided conversation and current styling brief are kept only in the current browser tab so an accidental refresh does not interrupt the demo; they are not uploaded as account records.

Your controls

Before a public beta

Final privacy terms, retention and deletion procedures, support contacts, service connections, security testing, and consent for any future body-image processing still need to be completed. A future AI or avatar integration may change what is processed; these notes must be updated before that integration is enabled.
